Prominent Nigerian King and His 4 Wives in Matching Outfits Causes a Stir in London

Nigerian King in london with his 4 wives
A prominent Nigeria king and his four wives, The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi proudly visited London with his four wives beside him. Papa, proudly enjoy your life with your four wives and if you want more go for it, you have one life to live. So live it the way you want it. Americans are Christians but even in the Bible polygamy is accepted.

I, Etchu Ayuk thinks big and acts big. My ego is as big as the universe, not as the world, but as big as the entire universe. London is shaken by the visit of the Nigeria king with his 4 wives. The West hates polygamy but has the guts to force homosexuality down our necks. I am an African with an African spirit in me.
Most Africans if they have the opportunity and money to support a polygamous home, they will. I mean, this is like living the life style of kings in the Bible and in the Quran. Let me explain how I want to live my dream life:

The dream life of Etchu Ayuk is a polygamous one! I'd love to have a wife from each of the following countries: Cameroon, Brazil, Japan, China,Cuba, France, India, Nigeria, Tanzania, Mongolia, Iran, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Russia. And then i'd love to have 2 wives from America; 1 like Taylor Swift, and 1 like the tall and sexy Ronda Rousey, the UFC queen fighter. You know a true king like me must have 100 wives just like the kings in the bible. Iggy Azalea is not welcome because she can't rap and she has a nasty altitude.

This is a warning to the supreme court, if you permit homosexuality, remember you will be creating a path for polygamy and when that time comes, the people will not be asking for you to allow polygamy they will be demanding it. Besides America already practices polygamy, they have chosen to ignore the fact that it exists. How can one man have 21 children with 18 women in the United States. Isn't that polygamy? The fact that he is not married to those women does not change a thing. Marriages in the United States are mere sham. People get married, divorce, then move on to the next marriage and get another divorce. By the time one is 50 years old, he/she would have had about three or four divorces. Three or four divorces means one has slept with at least three to four men. Isn't that still polygamy? You don't have to be married to practice polygamy. True monogamy is when both the man and the woman marry one woman and one man, respectively, and stick to that till the end of time. If you can't/don't do that then you are practicing polygamy! So my African kings who practice polygamy, it is time to bring down all your wives to the West and demonstrate proudly like the Nigerian King did in London. Black power!   See photos of the king and his wives below:

Etchu Ayuk Is Not Afraid.

Etchu Ayuk has a message to the world, I am not afraid to be me and do what I must do to make myself a better me. I am not afraid to take a stand on any issue, be it political, social(like homosexuality),  cultural or tribal. Life is war! we as human beings learn everything that we do from the world, from the universe and from each other and we are all connected one way or the other. So my message to the world is; BE YOU! BE NOT AFRAID TO BE YOU! You are what you define yourself to be, no one knows you better than you.
Religions, governments, and corporations have always controlled us and will always control us, but we must not give away our liberty, our freedom, and dignity. The people, the citizens of the world must stand up for humanity, stand up for injustices and must stand up for what they believe to be right and do this without fear. Do it knowing that what you stand for is right and just for all human beings. The great Bob Marley said "stand up for your rights", so we as human beings must stand up for what is right or just and for what is the true or at least true to us individually.
The fact is everything we learn from the world is subjective, meaning that it exists in our minds, in our thoughts and we as human beings must act based on our thoughts, based on our inner feelings or subjective thoughts. Nonetheless we should remember those thoughts must be aligned with the thoughts of others as well. My number one philosophy is that "life is war", nothing is given to anyone freely, we have to fight for ourselves, for our brothers and sisters, we have to fight for what is right and just, but we can not fight it alone.
Since colonization, African countries have been fighting against Western superiority and against Western influences. Our forefathers have fought and died for the true freedom of Africa. Yes it is true Africa has come a long way but more needs to be done. We need to stop tribalism, we need to stop power hungry president king's like Biya. True leaders are managers, they manage people and the resources and when their time is up, they give power to another to lead. All African nations need to take a lesson from the Great Nigerian nation. A peaceful election and a peaceful inauguration. That is true politics. We the people must do our own share to build our country and to build Africa. I, Etchu Ayuk, from Ewelle village, Cameroon, Africa, challenge all Africans to use their minds and hearts to challenge the government and all institutions so that they can do right by the people. The more we do nothing, the more the government does what it wants. Challenge Biya, challenge President Obama, challenge anyone even me that you think is doing something wrong.
This world is our world too, this world is our home, we have every right like any and all presidents or leaders, or organizations, or corporations or even religions and religious leaders. Fear is what holds us back, without fear, we can do pretty much anything as long as it does not infringe other's rights. We are kings and queens of ourselves. We are in control of what we do and say, so I say, don't let fear conquer you. Stand up and be yourselves, think for yourselves! It does not matter if you are a woman or a man, you are in control of your actions and what you do. Be kings, be queens, be gods, be goddesses, be god-kings and god-queens of yourself. Don't let fear control you. Etchu Ayuk from Ewelle village Cameroon, Africa is not afraid, I say what I mean and I mean what I say. The world is my oyster. Donald Trump, Bill Gates and all the rich people on earth, I am coming after your money and your positions!

Catholic Church Calls Gay Marriage "Ultimate Deceit" (France 24). Being Gay Is The Most Foolish Idea Because All Human Beings Came From Their Mother And Father!

A message to the world: all children, all men, all women were created from a mother and father. Those who consider themselves gay, lesbians and transvestites came from a man and a woman. No human being on earth came from a man and man or a woman and a woman. The idea of accepting those who consider themselves gay/lesbians/transvestites is outrageous, stupid and  foolish and the fact that President Obama supports LGBT is madness. LGBT should not be accepted in the world, it needs to be obliterated, it needs to be wiped out. This is a fight for humanity because LGBT is anti-nature which will lead to the destruction of mankind. Fight the government Republicans! I Etchu Ayuk supports you on this. Don't let President Obama win this and even if they win the fight, the war is not over. Let's fight it to the end. I don't like the idea of gay people because I came from a man and a woman, because I came from my mother and father. Anne Hathaway who left the catholic church because her brother is gay is foolish and her brother is even more foolish for being gay because he came from his mother and father.

Cameroonians and Africans at large should unite via culture! Culture Is King And Should Be Respected.

The celebration of different cultures and diversity in Cameroon should bring people together so that they can work as one for the progress of Cameroon. Cameroon is a country made up of different tribes, 250 tribes are in Cameroon and culture should be a driving force that brings people together instead of division. Cameroon is a country made up of tribes and different cultures just like Africa is a continent made up of different tribes and different cultures but these cultures are so similar in a way that one could tell that they are from the same roots, just like all African cultures. All Africans have the same family of roots; let's celebrate our differences and our similarities. Let's unite through similar background culture to accept unity, peace and brotherhood in Africa. Unity in Cameroon is the only way towards progress just like African unity is the only way towards progress in Africa. As we watch the culture and uniqueness of Cameroon and Africa,I Etchu Ayuk from Ewelle Village, Cameroon, Africa will like to inplant the thought of Cameroonian and African unity

Itai Kunonga, The Fight Of Words Is Over But The War Continues. Life Is War!

Life is war, Itai Kunonga and you have started a war of words to prove your intellectual superiority with the philosopher king. I will not back down and I hope you don't either. I had to block you on Facebook to stop the foolish, stupid and illiterate exchange of negative words so that I can make it even bigger. It is said if you don't have a solution to a problem, make it big. And I intend to make this big because I have been looking for someone who is bold enough to challenge me. The more challenges one faces in the world, the more we grow and mature even better. Itai Kunonga, we both have exchanged negative words but I want to turn the negativity to positivity because you can criticize people all you want, that will not change anything if you are not doing anything positive. You said you are intelligent, I want you Itai Kunonga from Zimbabwe to prove to the world how intelligent you are.

As I earlier said life is war.In Eastern philosophy, they believe that life is war, in Western philosophy, they believe that life is war and they both practice this idea that life is war. You can observe from their military prowess from the East as well as West. For Africa to survive and thrive we must think like god kings and god queens and act like soldiers or like warriors or more like generals because life is war. Be bold my African brothers and sisters. If there is something that you need to do to survive, go out there and take it, think hard, think big and think smart. The world we live in is war-like; an eye for an eye tooth for tooth, all nations practice it and they do it. So the philosopher king Etchu Ayuk wants to prepare your mind, prepare your spirit, by practicing African spiritualism and we must keep our body in shape because life is war. You have to be ready for anything, use your brains. Cameroon or Cameroonians, we must kick Biya out and his entire team that works for him because they all have killed many Cameroonians or contributed in killing Cameroonians. They have killed Francophones as well as Anglophones. We Cameroonians must stop tribalism and we must stop this issue of Francophone and Anglophone because we are all Cameroonians and most of all we are Africans. To stop Biya we must drive France out of Africa.

To stop France, all the 14 countries in Africa that speak French must unite and send a straight message to France, the people of France or the French government that we want them out of Africa. No more shall we take this nonsense or bullshit! never again! From Burundi, to Chad, to Republic of Congo, to Equatorial Guinea, Togo, Benin, to Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Mali, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Guinea. All the 14 countries need to come together and send a message to France that we are sick and tired of their bullshit and we want them out. United these 14 countries can defeat France easily. lets fight the fight our forefathers have prepared us for. life is war, let's prepare our minds, our spirits and our bodies to fight this war. Africans, stand up and represent! you are black and proud. Africa is for Africans, lets control our continent like Europe, like America, Like China but let's do it the African style. I am not afraid to take a stand against France. All Africans need to take a stand against France, the most deadly and manipulative country from the West. Britain is straight forward but France is a snake, a devil and they are out to kill us. Most people have not realized it because they do it in a snake-like kind of way. They are literally killing us softly. They use our own leaders to kill us while taking everything for themselves. France owns all those 14 countries, we are still slaves to France, still slaves and we must kick them out one way or the other. I have had enough with France and I am taking a stand against them.

My Dear Cameroonian Sister Miss Loreta Nulla Has Spoken. Cameroonians, Africans, And The People Of The World, Dress According To Your Size.

This was a short video but it was very insightful to watch and it is educational as well as entertaining. Ladies and gentle men, we all have to dress according to our sizes. This is what Miss Loreta Nulla is saying in this video. I myself have noticed how poorly people dress during the spring and summer. It is very improper and not fashion wise to put on a very small dress when one knows that their size is a 'large' or 'extra larg'e. All the cellulite shows when one has on a dress that is very small for him or her. So just put on a proper dress for your size. It is more respectful to yourself and to others. My dear sister Loreta, this was a very funny video. I was laughing so hard and I just had to share it.

"No Room for Gays In Kenya", Says the Deputy President.

The deputy president of Kenya is only relating what the people of Africa have spoken highly against. Homosexuality is not part of the African culture, it is not part of our ways. The people should stand firm on this particular issue. Homosexuality is a disease and like all diseases, it needs to be eradicated. William Ruto, the deputy presdient of Kenya, made remarks at a church service on the Sunday, the U.S. Secretary of state, John Kerry arrived for talks. The United States has been at the forefront of calls for gay rights in Africa and criticizes morality laws on the continent.
I am just laughing as I read the last statement. "Morality laws".U.S.A is big and quick on passing judgement on other nations. Lets talk about Morality laws. Lets look at the history of the United States. How has U.S.A treated black people? Is discrimination or lynching morally acceptable? Is killing black people by the police morally acceptable? Look, before U.S.A passes judgement on other nations, they should clean their own nation first. Black people are being killed from left to right, discrimination, racism. Black people have the lowest job rates. I don't want to talk about the dollars.
Let's continue on morality. What gay or homosexuals are doing is immoral, illogical, anti-nature and inhumane. Mankind has survived due to the fact that we as human beings procreate, and to procreate, a relationship between a woman and a man needs to exist. A man sleeping with another man will never lead to procreation. A woman sleeping with another woman will never lead to procreation. The only way for us human beings to survive is through procreation which is done through a man and a woman. If that is not logical enough for any human being, then that human is a fool! Gays want special rights in the society. Why should we give them when what they are doing could lead to the destruction of mankind. Imagine that U.S.A accepts and passes the law for 'gay right's. The gay movement becomes cool and every human being in U.S.A decides to be gay or practice it. Where will the next generation come from?
Now the philosopher king Etchu John Ayuk Jr, from Ewelle village, South West region, Cameroon, Africa and a citizen of the world will take the time to explain why Africa should not accept money coming from the West. What I mean is that African countries in general should not accept money donated by the Western governments because that money comes with strings attach to it. Accepting the money means that the African countries have to give in to the demands that the West demands for. For example homosexuality is not an African culture but they are pressuring the governments in Africa to give a pass to homosexuality. The West even says it is immoral to treat homosexuals in the way Africa or Africans are treating those who practice homosexuality. And I say 'practice' because it has been proven that homosexuality is not genetic, people choose to practice homosexuality. Keep this in mind my African brothers and sisters, the Republican party is fighting a war with those who practice homosexuality. The talk of legalization of homosexuals has split America into two. Many black leaders are supporting Republicans who have spoken boldly against homosexuality. I will recommend that the African leaders should support the republican party.
This is proof that homosexuality is not genetic via an except from this website; http://www.mygenes.co.nz/PDFs/Ch10.pdf; "Twin studies— The strongest evidence over the last decade, studies of twins have provided some of the strongest numerical evidence that “Our genes do not make us do it”— which makes this chapter probably the most important in the book. Results from twin studies are quantitative, so they greatly focus and sharpen the results of many other studies we’ve mentioned so far. In a nutshell, if you take pairs of identical twins in which one twin is homosexual, the identical co-twin (a monozygotic (MZ) twin) is usually not homosexual. That means, given that identical twins are always genetically identical, homosexuality cannot be genetically dictated. No one is born gay. The predominant things that create homosexuality in one identical twin and not in the other have to be post-birth factors".
Now I have stated that African leaders should not accept Western donations,so how will the leaders make money? There are many ways African leaders and the people of Africa can generate income so that Africa should not depend completely on the West or on the East: Africa is the richest continent in the world when it comes to resources but those resources are not distributed correctly and those resources are not controlled by Africans or the African leaders. The West has a lot of control over the natural resources and now we have the East fighting to also control the resources. Oh some people might say that it is not true  that the West controls the resources, but they do, through our leaders, through the companies that the West brings to Africa. A perfect example is President Biya with France. France controls Biya and Biya controls the people of Cameroon. Most of the resources in Cameroon are used by France. For over 35 years Biya has controlled Cameroon and France supports Biya because Biya gives them what they want, which is the natural resources. It has been proven that the West takes out 6 times what they give. How is the possible? The African leaders have to be held accountable for this.
How can Africa generate money so that they don't have to acquire money from the West? The best way to do that is for African countries to form strong relationships with their neighbouring African countries. Kenya is part of Eastern Africa and Kenya is part of Africa in general. From Kenya to Uganda to Somalia to Ethiopia to Eritrea to Rwanda, to Tanzania to Zambia to Zimbabwe to Mozambique to Malawi to Burundi and Madagascar to Mauritius and Comoros. This is a recommendation and this is one way to strengthen Africa. I will say that I am stealing an idea from China with the new banking system called 'brics'. To strengthen Africa I will recommend that countries from each regions should form banks, for example the countries in Eastern Africa should form a bank called the 'Eastern African Bank'. The 'West African Bank' should also be formed, 'Central African Bank' and the 'Northern African Bank'. I want the youths of Africa to talk about this because Africa needs to get away from Western control. This is a bold step that needs to be implemented. The funds contributed by each country can help develop each country and during hard times Africa can come together to help fix problems that arise. We don't need to depend on funds from the West when they take 6 times more than they give.
Life is war and we Africans must fight for our survival. If we don't we will perish. Homosexuality should not be accepted, should not be welcomed in Africa. The leaders must talk about this, the people must talk about this, and this notion that when Africa has problems they should run to the West to solve them needs to stop. Has the West ever brought their own problems to Africans to solve? No.We Africans have to take the initiative to bring to light the issues that concern Africa and it does not matter if you are not from that country. Speak your mind if you notice any issue in any country, we are all Africans and we have to stand up for Africa, the motherland.

Boxing Is Such A Brutal Sport!

I stopped watching boxing when Mike Tyson bit/chewed/ate the ear of Evander Holyfield, boxing is such a brutal sport. I feel like it promotes brutality and sheer carnage, gambling and gangster behavior. I don't put my money in it. The world as it is now, is wrecked enough. Promoting turbulent and dangerous sport, itself brings into question the social morality of men. Are boxing and wrestling worth the hype? Can't we send our money to numerous charitable causes for places/people that need immediate help, building, repair and contributions? Boxing and wrestling are war sports that promote violence. That is how my vision of the sport has become. Men have been seen to loose their hearing, vision or nervous systems because of extreme boxing, and some died as a result of heavy handed boxing. Besides I have not found a gangster or gambler that is not a fan or associated with the sport. It makes me question the integrity of the sport. How much do these HBO and cable companies earn in 'pay per view' of live broadcasting of this sport? It is astronomical! hundreds of millions of dollars, Euros, and Yuan, enough to build major schools, irrigation and water systems.

Philosopher King Etchu John Ayuk Jr. Examines"The New Argument Against Gay Equality: Same-Sex Marriage kills. By Dona Milbank"

The New Argument Against Gay Equality: Same-Sex Marriage kills. By Dona Milbank

The Supreme Court is preparing to take up same-sex marriage in the following week. Conservative scholars have produced their last or final argument against same-sex marriage to keep the plague of homosexuality unions from spreading across the land: their last argument is that “Gay marriage kills.” Conservatives are saying that legalizing same sex marriage will cause 900,000 abortions. This is their point of view about homosexuality; that homosexuality will contribute to the death of 900,000 yet unborn children. Dana Milbank says that “the logic is about as obvious as if they had alleged that raising the minimum wage would increase the frequency of hurricanes. If anything, you’d think that more same sex marriages would mean more adoptions.” I do not see the connection between minimum wage and homosexuality but I do see homosexuality contributing to the decline of the birth rates in the United States, which is not good at all.

“On the surface, abortion and same-sex marriages may be unrelated,” Schaerr acknowledged in a post on the Heritage Foundation Web site in advance of a presentation he made to the conservative think tank on Monday. He said “The two are closely linked in a short and simple causal chain.” Abortion and same-sex marriages may be unrelated but they are very much linked in a causal chain and I will explain. Same-sex marriages do not lead to procreation and do not lead to childbirth and Mankind in general. When I say in general, I mean all races on earth. Black, Whites, Spanish, Latin, Asian, Middle Eastern, and all races survive and thrive through procreation and procreation is acquired through a man and a woman. Not through a woman and another woman or man and another man. To me homosexuality is a sickness that needs to be obliterated, that needs to be wiped out of earth. Once the Supreme Court in the United States accepts homosexuality, it will be the destruction of any race and the destruction of mankind.

Those who are for homosexuality will say this argument is a slippery slope but I do not agree with them and I am against them. Most politicians who are for homosexuality agree to it because it will reduce population and give homes to those children who do not have homes. For me I will encourage the conservatives to stand firm on their beliefs and on the path they have chosen. Homosexuals should not be allowed to adopt children because they will eventually destroy the lives of those children which they adopt.

Furthermore I will like to add to the reason why homosexuality should not be legalized:
The military size of China is bigger than the population of the United States. China is on the move to be a great leader in the world which I personally am happy about and encourage them to do so. Russia has a strong relationship with China which is a good thing because countries should be building relationships with other nations not using war tactics to scare people. The fact is these two nations and other nations have people, many people because they encourage familyhood which is between men and women because it leads to procreation. If America legalizes homosexuality, it will lead to low birth rates and that will not be good for United States because without people how can you run a nation?

The Philosopher King- Etchu John Ayuk Jr. Crowns Tupac Shakur A GOD-KING Of U.R.A(Universal Religions of Africa). The Philsopher King Examines the Philosophy of Tupac.

There is knowledge and wisdom in the music of the late rapper, Tupac. I will highly recommend the music of Tupac to all black people in the world. The philosophy of Tupac is perfection. I listen to the knowledge Tupac invested in his music and try to decode it,understand it and apply it. To me, Tupac is a god. His message relates to me because I am a black man just like him. Jesus Christ does not represent me, unlike  Tupac, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Kwame Nkrumah, Martin Luther King Jr, Malcom X, Nelson Mandela and Muammar Al-Gaddafi, just to name a few. There are many black heroes and heroines that blacks can choose from as role models and as their god. Jesus Christ does not represent me. Jesus Christ represents the white people. My Cameroonian brothers and sisters, my Nigerian brothers and sisters, my Malian brothers and sisters, my African brothers and sisters, please rise, don't keep being silent. I know you are going through pain and suffering, but life can be better. You have to act and in other to act, you must think, to think you must look for the knowledge that relates to you. Life is war, life is sacrifice. Stand up for the truth my African American brothers and sisters.
I am playing this to all black people in the world. A little more courage to stand for what is right and to come together to fight against injustice. Black people have always witnessed and been in many genocides. The Arabs brought their religion to Africa and in order for that to happen, they had to kill many Africans. Muslim Religion is not an African Religion, although it can be used to fight for injustices in Africa. My African brothers and sisters, my extended family, I am speaking to you because we Africans can do better, we blacks can do better if we come together, if we unite through the issues that affect us, that afflict us. I want to encourage any black or African brother and sister to speak against xenophobia which is afflicting South Africa. In 2015 we Africans must stop all genocide and unite through our struggles and make Africa stronger and extend to the world wherever black people are, because they are part of us. Don't forget about Christianity, even till today, what was done by the whites still lingers on. Unity, peace and love to black people all over the world. This year is the year to end all injustices to all black people. Listen to 'My block' by Tupac.
The beginning of this message states that God sent Jesus to save us, this message is blasphemy. My African brothers and sisters, my black families all over the world, if you want something, you have to walk out of the house and take it, you will have to work for it. All religions on earth are money making machines, they don't care about your spiritualism, they don't care if you are going to hell or heaven. As a matter of fact there is no tangible proof that God exists or not. There is no proof that Jesus was the son of God or that Jesus was God who came to save humanity. It is just a beautiful story used to brainwash people while they get rich. Do your own research to come to your own conclusion. If you believe what people say without checking the facts, you will be used. Life is war, life is sacrifice, you asa  man or a woman has to fight for your own life, for your own survival. The creator, or God or Allah or Obasi (whatever name you call the Creator, is up to you) made different races and different people in the world for a reason. We are trying to understand something that we will never understand but what we can really do is to try to seek the knowledge and wisdom for ourselves so that we can live a more righteous life. There is no one way to live a life, each person, each human has the ability to live their life the way they want to. Bob Marley says 'stand up for your right'. The world is in chaos. People are suffering from injustice from their government or corporation or organization. Stand up, unite and bring justice to where ever you are. Life is war. Fight for your right. The rise of black radicalism is here and it is beautiful. I love it because blacks are realizing what the white people stand for and what the government stands for. I love black radicalism, it is why I call myself black Hitler, Hitler was a radical and to survive in this crazy world, you will have to think like Hitler, like Alexander the great or like all the greats to become even more of a greater person. Black National Party, stand up, Pan-African Party movement stand up.

Socrates Said the Unexamined Life is not Worth Living. The Philosopher King Examines his life. Journey to Cameroon for My Father’s Burial

At the end of March 2010, my family got the news that my father had passed away. That was five years ago. My senior half-sister from the same father, sent a text message to my younger sister, Egbe that our father had passed away. Egbe then called me and informed me of our father's demise. At that time I was living in the state of Maryland and was working for a security company that had a contract with the National Institute of Health(NIH) which is located in Bethesda, Maryland. It was around 6 pm in the evening when I received that phone call. The sun was still shining brightly. After the call, I was so shocked that I didn’t believe what I heard. I was in total denial. My friends and co-workers could tell something was not right the moment they saw my face. My fellow countrymen, co-workers and friends, helped to reduce my stress by talking about the loss of their own fathers. From the beginning of the conversation to the end of that work day we spoke about the trauma of loosing a father. Those stories helped to comfort me from being too badly affected by the news.

My father was put in the mortuary for about a month, a decision made by my aunt, the younger sister of my father. On April 4, I travelled to Cameroon with my mother and younger sister Egbe. Before travelling to Cameroon, a wake keeping was done in Maryland by my mother, my younger sister, and I. My Aunt Edith, my father’s younger sister, did another wake keeping in Maryland at her own house, alone, without us. By this, you can already tell that the family was not united,we had family problems.

We arrived in Cameroon, in Douala on a Monday night. The flight took 2 days, from Maryland, U.S.A to France and from France to Douala, the commercial town of Cameroon. The distance from U.S.A to Cameroon is 5,841 mi. Just by the intense hot air, I could tell that we had landed in Cameroon. The journey to Cameroon was a sad but exciting one because we had not been home since we left in June 1999. As we came out of the airport in Douala, there was a crowd of people made up of children and adults rushing toward us, aggressively taking our bags towards the taxis. They did this because they wanted us to pay them some money. This is how some people survive in Cameroon. We were so shocked by how people struggled to survive because this was not how it was when we left Cameroon in June1999. The journey from the airport after landing required a taxi from Douala town to Limbe town. It was already dark and the time was about 7:30 pm. I, my mother and sister took a taxi to Limbe. The roads from Douala to Limbe were not that bad. There were some potholes on the road but it was pretty much a smooth ride.

After arriving in Limbe, we met my mother’s sisters, brothers and grandmother, my mother’s mother. My mother comes from a very big family. My grandmother on my mother’s side had her first child with another man before marrying my grandfather. My mother is a twin and the first child from my grandfather but not the first child to my grandmother. My grandfather had 14 children with my grandmother. In Limbe, we met our uncles and aunties. We stayed at my uncle’s, my mother’s twin brother’s house in Limbe.

After being in Limbe for a few days, a day was decided to take my father out from the mortuary. My aunt, my father’s younger sister named Edith made the decision on which day my father was to be taken from the mortuary. On the day many problems arouse, which left many people standing outside of the mortuary. People who came to see my father's corpse were stranded outside because money had not being paid to the morgue which meant my father’s body had not been prepared to be seen in the public. People were waiting for about 3 to 5 hours outside the morgue. Some people even left after waiting for an hour or two. After we successfully took my father’s body out of the mortuary, I saw my father for the first time after 6 years.Looking at his body touching his face and his chest, I was so shocked at what I saw. My father was an average man, about 5 feet 9 inches in height and weighed about 180lbs to 190lbs but I was looking pretty much at a skeleton of my father. He looked like he had suffered from lack of malnutrition. He was less than a 100lbs.

After his body was removed from the mortuary, we had a wake keeping at my aunt’s house in Limbe. The house was filled with people drinking and talking about my father’s life. My father laid in the coffin but we could see him since the top section of the coffin was transparent. My grandmother, my father’s mother was drinking a lot. She loves drinking; she even spoke in the traditional language saying “my father has died so that she could receive wine from people”.

After the wake keeping, early in the morning we journeyed from Limbe which is in South West province of Cameroon to my father’s village called Ewelle where my father was to be buried. The journey to Ewelle village was difficult because the roads leading to the village were not so good, but it was in the dry season which meant no rain. Cameroon has two seasons, the dry season and the raining season. The roads are worst in the raining season. After arriving in the village at noon, we met my father’s extended family. My mother’s brothers and sisters journeyed with us. We met my father’s uncles, aunts and cousins.

My father was buried the following day in the morning next to my father’s aunt's grave which is in front of my grandfather’s house. As the first son, I was required to give a speech as my father was being laid in the ground, my mother was also required to give a speech. After my father was laid to the ground, in the evening there was a big celebration. There was music and dancing. One of my extended family members from my father’s side, asked me to dance with her, which I did. The people were very happy to see me dance.

The following morning a family meeting was called to resolve all the family problems between my aunts and my mother. My father had three sisters; Edith, Constance and Bessem. My grandmother, my father’s mother had all her four children with different men. Which means each child including my father has a different father. Aunty Bessem was the kind one. My father spoke nicely about her, she gave me a hug so tightly I could not breathe and she was crying with me. My father called Constance the devil of the family. There was a big issue surrounding the death of my father. My aunts were accusing my mother of being responsible for the death of my father but my aunt Constance said my father’s mother and Edith were responsible for the death of my father. My father’s extended family tried to make peace within the family but that was impossible because my aunt Constance whom my father called the devil of the family said “since the bond which held them to each other is no longer alive; it is best to stay separate.” After the family meeting I, my mother, sister and my mother’s brothers and sisters left to my mother’s village called Nfuni. The examination of one's life leads to knowledge and wisdom.
