Yes Africa is on the move towards progress - Africa will leave ICC in June and Kenyan commits one million dollars to the New African Justice Court.

     Palestine has joined the ICC while Africa is leaving ICC in June. I say this is a great move for Africa and Africans in general. President Mugabe who is the chairman of the African Union and the President of Zimbabwe. During the 24th African Union, President Mugabe and Chairman of African Union suggested to the African Union members for Africa to have a Court of Justice and Human Rights. This African Court of Justice and Human Rights will handle African cases which  are currently referred to the ICC, at Hague, Netherlands.

I for one believe this is a great step towards progress for Africans and the African communities. The troubles that plague Africa should be judged by Africans not by ICC. Many of the cases consenting Africa were also contributed by European governments but the European governments are not treating our cases fairly. I support the suggestion made by president Mugabe a hundred percent. The government of Kenya has committed one million dollars, all the fifty-five states or country should contribute some sum of money.

The President of Kenya, Honorable Uhuru Kenyatta said, Africa is to establish a broader African transitional justice police framework and an African Court of Justice to handle all criminal cases which are currently referred to the highly racist International Criminal Court of Western Europe also known as ICC. Wow!! The President of Kenya even went further to say how the white Western racists hate the African males worldwide. If one really takes a look at the new African Court of Justice and Human rights, this will also bring in capital and jobs for the people. It is a very great idea!

I am really proud of what the African Union is trying to do and I will like every African to support what the African Union is working hard to do. Africa needs this court system to correct the wrongs of the past and to create a better future for Africa and all Africans. We need a safe and peaceful Africa. Africa has been involved with lots of political wars. It is time for us to use our brains and hearts, our minds and logic to solve the issues that we face. Brute force never solved anything but cost more problems and death. Africa is the richest continent in the world and it is time for us to make it more powerful and more peaceful. It is time for us Africans to use our resources for us and those who will respect us. An Africa for the people by the people!
