Pan-African Party Movement Supports USDP, Prince Ekosso's Government As The future President Of Cameroon.

MY GOVERNMENT AS THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF CAMEROON
For purposes of transparency and proper accountability, there is great need for State institutions to experience radical transformation in the function of the administration. Separation of power is one of the vital ways which we believe should be used in fighting corruption and providing Cameroonians with the best procedure of experiencing quality life style. Without separation of power, systems and programmes will end and corruption will soar. This will be sustained by effective decentralisation.
1- THE EXECUTIVE POWER
The Executive Branch is the largest branch in the government. At its head is the President, who serves a FOUR (4) – year term renewable once. The Vice President shall be elected at the same time, and is the first in line to assume the Presidency should the President become incapacitated, or be removed from office upon impeachment or conviction.
Although the Executive Branch shares powers with the other branches of government, yet the President is at the center of State decisions. Among the powers and roles of the President that makes him to be at the center of State decisions shall be as follows:
He is in charge of appointing Supreme Court Chief Judges and Regional Supreme Court Chief Justices as per the effective decentralised system which USDP proposes to Cameroonians immediately after USDP take the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon. These appointments shall be confirmed by the Senate.
Appointing the Prime Minister (who shall be responsible in forming a government), Governors, Senior Divisional Officers and Divisional Officers.
He acts as Commander-in-Chief of the Military and Armed Forces.
He acts as Head of State
Negotiating International Treaties which must be ratified by the Senate
Vetoing legislation passed by the National Assembly
Granting pardons for State crimes (except impeachment).
In addition to these constitutional powers, the President in practice shall exercise other powers that are either informal or not expressly provided for in the Constitution (Jurisprudence).
First and foremost, the President may issue Executive Orders, which are directives that have the force of law. Executive orders are commonly used for purpose such as:
Establishing new programmes, office, or commissions to promote or carry out the President’s political agenda.
Creating policies that affect how legislations which are passed by Parliament are to be carried or enforced.
Declaring when the State workforce will observe holidays.
Beneath the President shall be the Vice President and the Secretary of State who shall be incharged with the civil cabinet at the Presidency
MINISTERIAL OFFICES
The Prime Minister shall be the Head of Government, followed by Ministerial Departments and numerous agencies which together will make up the government. The President political agenda shall be carried out by the Vice President who shall be the President of the Senate. The Prime Minister shall assist the President directly in Ministerial transparency and government efficiency. The Ministers will be responsible for administering government programmes and agenda, and rendering various governmental services. Their functions shall be far-reaching and affecting the lives of every Cameroonian on daily basis.
NEW GOVERNMENT
01 – PRIME MINISTER
He is the head of Government. As a political post, the Prime Minister will be appointed by the President of the Republic of Cameroon and the President can, where and when necessary, dissolves the functions of the Prime Minister.
02 - MINISTERIAL DEPARTMENTS

The above Cabinet Ministers shall consist of 70% of young talented Cameroonians while 30% older Cameroonians. This will enable the Executive Branch to be more effective in meeting with this generation’s aspirations. These Cabinet Ministers are appointed by the President subject to Senate confirmation. The President may also accord cabinet-level status to other top Executive Branch officials. Typically this includes the President’s Chief of Staff, Director of Civil Affairs at the Presidency, the Director of Office Management and Budget, Chief of Presidential Security, Chief of Presidential Protocol, the President’s national security advisor, the Director of Central Intelligence and the Director of Environmental Protection etc.
PRESIDENTIAL SUCCESSION
In order to erode the erroneous concept of  "No one is fit to lead this Country except the incumbent President", it is important to clarify Cameroonians on this matter and to bring an end to the political mafia that has retarded our political development. The Succession natural passes from the President to the Vice President in case of death or incapacity of the President. If the Vice President is unable to serve, the line of succession is within 6 months to prepare a transparent and democratic election in the case where the President’s mandate has expired:
The Prime Minister
President of the Senate
But in an exceptional case, the Governor of the most effective and developed Region in terms of educational, economic, social, moral and infrastructural development could place his/her candidature during such elections.
