U.R.A Bill of Rights to every citizen in each country in Africa, learn it and use it in your day to day life. It will make you powerful. Knowledge is power.
I The Philosopher King decided to write the Universal Religions of Africa bill of rights because many Africans are aware of their rights but in reality do not use it when it is require. So maybe if I Etchu John Ayuk puts down the birth rights in a writing, many people will read it and apply it in their daily lives. Knowledge is power and the life that we live day in and day out is a war, is a jungle and to survive you must be practical and you must use your head that OBASSI/ALLAH/GOD gave you.
1. Africa and the government of each country in Africa will not establish any laws that prohibits the establishment of religion. You have the right to worship any religion in the world. Africa and the government of each country in Africa will not abridge the freedom of speech, the freedom of press or the right of the people to peacefully assemble to petition the government for redress of grievances.
2. The African Empire will need an African Military to secure the African Empire and the people in the continent of Africa. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed but must be regulated.
3. The right of the people to be secure individually, in the their houses, and things without any unreasonable searches and seizures, will not be violated, and no Warrants will be implemented without probable cause supported by Oath or affirmation which in the Warrants must specify the area that will be searched and the individual or things to be seized.
4. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury. No person will be subject for the same offence twice in jeopardy of life or be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of the law.
5. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the Country and African Empire, Kingdom, Union. The accused shall be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation and will be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor(favour) and also to have Assistance of Counsel for his defense. The accused will not be prosecuted by Europeans or the West. The affairs of Africa must carried out by an African institution. It is time for Africa and African to grow up and handle their own affairs.
6. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel unusual punishments inflicted on any accused or individuals.
