You keep calling Jesus Christ, what has Christ done for you and the people like you? I want an honest answer, nothing shallow, I want real deep thoughts, nothing to do the bible because the people was written by men not God and the bible has a lot of flaws. To me the bible is just a book I read and that goes to the Quran. The Quran is just a book, nothing special about it. Books written by men not GOD. Nothing really special but stories of the past, history which took a long time to be written. Felix Ngole, answer my question.
A lot of people talk about the prophet as if they were Gods but prophets are just leaders, nothing divine about them, nothing special about them. But if one consider them to be special, I will say their leadership made them special, the way they brought people together made them special. Throughout human history, there have being many leaders who have sprung up during difficult times and made an impact in the human community. Someone like Martin Luther King Jr, or Malcolm X. To me I can relate to this people, I can understand them and I can apply their teachings, their wisdom in my life and make my life better.
That is the same idea behind Jesus Christ, behind Mohammed, behind Mosses. Leaders and leadership roles which made a great difference in the lives of people from different time period which makes us discuss them today, which makes us immortalize them. Great men like Marcus Garvey, Elijah Muhammad, W.E.B. DuBois, Nat Turner, Carter G. Woodson, Booker T. Washington just to name a few inspire a generation to think and act on what they thought. To me it does not matter who you believe in but how one use what they believe in to change the lives of people. Just calling Jesus Christ does not change our lives. To change our life we have to find the people who we relate to and understand how and why they did what they did. Education is about questioning the normal and the abnormal to figure out what is right and what is right for you as an individual.
Felix Ngole I said no shallow answers, if you father is alive that is good, but if he is dead, he died for you, your grand father, your great grand father, look at your ancestors, because they live, you live, so respect your ancestors and what they did because they are a part of you. It does not matter if you like or not, if you accept it or not, every human being on earth has an ancestor even Jesus Christ had an ancestor. If you want to debate on issue that you have no idea about just keep quiet and let those who know talk. You father, your father's father, your father's father father's and your mother's mother mother's mother. Those are your ancestors. Respect them because you came from them. Foolish Felix Ngole. You are an illiterate. Calling Jesus, Jesus is not even real, it is fake, make believe like Satan Clause. I bet you don't know that Satan Clause is fake either. Even till today documentaries are brought up about Jesus Christ. Researchers and Scientists are still looking for clues that leads to the confirmation of Jesus Christ ever existing.
My Favorite philosopher once said and he said this before he was killed. The "unexamined life is not worth living" Let me take the time to explain this quote which was said by Socrates. Life is about experiencing the unknown, to know the unknown. If one does not challenge the norms, how can one come to conclusion that what this person is saying is right or wrong. There are many things we do as human being because we saw someone close to us did it. One never took the time to understand why they did it, but if one does examine the unknown or the known, one will come up with a conclusion. This conclusion could reaffirm one's believe or come up with a different conclusion. Don't live your live because you see everyone is doing the same thing that means one should do the same. Courage is the ability to say no with the understanding to why one does not agree with the rest. It does not matter that everyone is doing it so you should do it, what matter is why you are doing it.
